  • Do you provide private labeling or white labeling for finished goods?

    We do not provide white labeling. We are a custom manufacturer and produce products based on our customers’ specifications.

  • Do you provide on-demand fulfillment or 3PL services?

    No, not currently.

  • Are you turnkey?

    Yes, we can be turnkey for all bagged and bottled powders, as well as bottled capsules and tablets. SDC Nutrition can provide as much or as little service as the customer would like. We prefer to source all raw materials but accept tolling jobs on a case-by-case basis.

  • Do you accept customer-provided goods?

    Yes, on a case-by-case basis. As long as materials come with the correct and complete documentation and samples we request, we can have those materials verified for use.

  • Do you have a list of ingredients that you provide?

    No, we custom source any GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) ingredients for you. In some cases, additional charges may apply for specialty ingredients.

  • Do you ship to Amazon?

    We can; however, there is an associated cost. Please inform your salesperson at the time of product development so they understand your needs.

  • Do you provide custom bottle colors?

    We offer HDPE, matte, and glass options for capsules and tablets, as well as gusseted bags. Custom colors are available; however, if the color is not a stock option, you will need to purchase the bottles and lids upfront and arrange for storage. There will also be additional freight costs to ship them to our facility.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    SDC Nutrition can ship to your freight forwarder at your expense.

  • Who owns the formula?

    Customers who provide their formulas in full retain ownership. For formulas created by SDC Nutrition, SDC Nutrition owns the flavor profile formula. The formula can be purchased, with pricing determined after final approval and execution of a signed specification. The customer is responsible for all stability and assay testing for created formulas.

  • Do you allow tours?

    Yes, we encourage tours of the facility. Tours must be scheduled and approved through your salesperson. We do not allow walk-ins without an appointment
