In 2025, SDC Nutrition inaugurated its new manufacturing facility in Imperial, PA – expanding our operational footprint and enabling significantly greater production efficiency, throughput, and cost-effective scalability for our brand partners. The facility was engineered to support high volume nutraceutical production while maintaining stringent quality, compliance, and process control standards. With enhanced infrastructure and optimized material flow, we now support a broader product portfolio at higher capacities than ever before.
The plant features multiple independent powder manufacturing lines utilizing gravity fed production flow to reduce handling, minimize contamination risk, and improve batch uniformity. Additionally, our dedicated solid dose suites are equipped with automated bottling, counting, and packaging systems designed for high-efficiency, high-accuracy output across capsule and tablet formats.
