For most companies, growth is the goal, but how do you make sure you’re growing your business in a smart way?
On Thursday, representatives from some of Pittsburgh’s fastest-growing companies shared what has made them successful, as well as the challenges they’ve faced along the way.
Panelists included Brendan Kelley, director of professional services for Bridges Home Health & Hospice; Dan Kohler, chief operating officer at SDC Nutrition Inc.; Robert Necciai, president, CSD Engineers; and Scott Baker, president of 5 Generation Bakers. All four companies were winners at the 2014 Pittsburgh 100 awards, which honors the fastest-growing private companies in the region.
